WASHINGTON -- There was no official word on which hotel Chinese President Xi Jinping would be staying at during his visit to the U.S. capital. But that did not stop Zheng Zhuomin, a retired restaurant worker living in New York City, from camping outside the Waldorf Astoria on Thursday.
